Our opportunity:

As an Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing complex automation scripts and solutions. Your role demands extensive experience in automation development, proficiency in multiple scripting languages, and deep knowledge of leading automation tools. You will be responsible for ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices, ultimately driving efficiency and innovation in our automation processes.

Location: (Remote) Sao Paulo, Brazil

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

• Designing, building, and deploying scalable automation scripts to streamline business processes

• Collaborating with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Implementing best practices for coding and ensure adherence to coding standards

• Utilizing version control systems and maintain thorough documentation of code changes

• Seamlessly integrating automation scripts with tools such as Automation Anywhere and UiPath

• Developing and maintaining reusable components and libraries for use across multiple projects

• Performing regular code reviews to ensure code quality and identify potential improvements

• Providing constructive feedback to team members and mentor junior developers

• Continuously monitoring and optimizing the performance of automation scripts

• Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and ensure efficient resource utilization

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in automation development and deployment

• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, and others relevant to automation.

• Proven experience with leading automation tools, including Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, et

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality automation solutions

You excel in these key competencies:

• Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

• Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and database management

• High attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free work

• Ability to conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation scripts

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in creating technical documentation and user manuals

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers
