Your new role:

As the Creative Manager for Branding, Kids & Animation, you will be part of Warner Bros. Discovery Creative Services team in Brazil, playing a key role in all our communication and brand strategy in the region. You will lead a team that generates innovative and engaging content for 360º marketing campaigns—from concept to developing assets for streaming, social media, linear, and paid media. This position requires a highly creative and motivated individual with experience in team leadership, content production, and project coordination in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

Your role accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to develop concepts and content with creative excellence.

  • Create, execute, and present strategic concepts for 360º marketing campaigns that are effective across all channels and streaming platforms.

  • Maintain fluid and constant communication with the internal creative team and other company departments.

  • Supervise and lead a team composed of producers, writers, and editors.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the entertainment industry.

  • Work in collaboration with the design and operations teams to ensure efficient workflow.

  • Manage projects within designated budgets and deadlines.

  • Oversee relationships with external design agencies, freelancers, and other partners, ensuring their work aligns with our brand guidelines and meets quality standards.

  • Serve as the spokesperson for the company’s creative vision, both internally and externally, promoting our brand identity and creative excellence within the industry.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or a related field

  • Fluency in English

  • Proven track record of conceptualizing and leading successful marketing campaigns that significantly impacted brand visibility and audience engagement.

  • Extensive knowledge in multimedia content creation and video production, along with proficiency in relevant software and tools.

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, capable of aligning creative initiatives with broader organizational goals and market trends.

  • A creative visionary who can translate ideas into compelling and marketable concepts that resonate with diverse audiences.

  • Experience working closely and collaboratively with other regions across Latin America.

  • Passion for the children’s universe, streaming, content, and entertainment.

  • Above-average storytelling and presentation skills.

  • Ability to actively listen, adapt, and collaborate, maintaining a calm and receptive attitude.
