Amazon AI Chatbot Analyst, Retail Operations & Initiatives in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Passionate about solving business challenges with technology? Interested in using AI to improve vendors' life? Amazon Brazil's 1P is seeking an innovative Program Manager to join Vendor Experience (VX) team and lead the development and implementation of Delphi, our advanced vendor chatbot.

VX team's vision is to become the partner of choice for vendors by providing a seamless experience and minimizing their cost to operate with Amazon. This role offers an exciting opportunity to revolutionize the experience of vendor support, with a focus on the launch of GenAI chat bot. Your work will directly impact thousands of vendors in Brazil, helping them navigate their relationship with Amazon more efficiently, ultimately driving increased vendor satisfaction and business growth.

Key job responsibilities

  • Gather vendor feedback to implement solutions addressing real vendor needs

  • Map current Delphi's features and identify opportunities of new capabilities

  • Analyze Delphi's performance metrics to drive data-informed improvements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Delphi's capabilities and user experience

  • Ensure Delphi's compliance with Amazon's privacy and security standards

  • Drive Delphi adoption among vendors and internal teams

  • Develop and maintain documentation for Delphi's features and best practices

Retail Operations and Initiatives (RO&I) value proposition is to transform routines into incredible experience to be the most innovative and efficient retailer in Brazil.

We identify, develop, and manage a set of scalable initiatives to grow Amazon Brazil Retail Key Inputs related to Selection, Productivity and Profitability increase. Our goal is to accelerate the flywheel and delight our customers by promoting synergies throughout the retail business. We bring solutions that overcome coordination issues, scale best practices and ensure continuous improvements in our processes and systems.

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese

  • Program or project management experience

  • Experience managing stakeholders in cross-functional project

  • Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with GenAI based tools

  • Knowledge of SQL

  • Bachelor's Degree
