What You Will Do:

This position will provide manufacturing support for the # External manufacturing plants, including Co-packers partners in different countries: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mxico and Peru and lead External Manufacturing team as well. On this job, the professional must to able to manage your team and the EM partners to drive growth and to enable a sustainable competitive advantage in the sourcing of finished goods for the Global & Regional Supply Chain Networks. Our team has developed into a global community of sourcing experts, with an end-to-end mindset, able to represent LATAM region and leverage globally. Working collaboratively with Global EM Teams to share cost improvements initiatives, knowledge and best practices aiming supply Chain reliability.

Kenvue LATAM is a leading supplier of Fast Moving Consumer / OTC Goods. Our products are produced and distributed in all major LATAM countries (and globally) and exported overseas.

The LATAM Strategic Sourcing External Manufacturers team is a group of passionate professionals, dedicated to drive growth and to enable a sustainable competitive advantage in the sourcing of finished goods for the Global & Regional Supply Chain Networks. Our team has developed into a global community of sourcing experts, with an end-to-end mindset, able to represent LATAM region and leverage globally. We do this by partnering with our Stakeholders, leveraging our industry expertise, as well as our market and technical knowledge to drive the performance of an agile, sustainable and compliant supply base that enables optimized total costs and provides innovative solutions to fuel superior growth. We collaborate strongly within the Supply Chain network, influencing and partnering with R&D and Marketing.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Cost Improvement initiatives, Service, Reliability, Quality, Innovation, and New Product Launch requirements for finished goods produced at External Manufacturing partners (Third Part Manufacturing)

• Global & Regional Sourcing Strategies development and implementation, considering Cost Management, Portfolio Complexity Reduction, Inventory management, Access to Innovation/Sustainability and Supplier Relationship Management

• Supplier Relationship Management. Interface directly with suppliers top management to assure alignment with Kenvue objectives.

• Responsible to lead LATAM EM team in global EHS&S strategy and deployment

• Lead and support the team to find out E2E CIP projects enabling pipeline, management and execution for competitive costs

• Compliance to Kenvue requirements in terms of Quality, Regulatory and Financials

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

• A bachelors or advanced degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Pharmacy or a demonstrable track-record of successful experiences in an equivalent role is preferred.

• Graduate Program: MBA or equivalent Masters Degree is desirable

• Ability to negotiate & influence External Manufacturing Site Leadership regarding production prioritization and resourcing required

• Strong project and change management capabilities, including for NPIs projects

• Good understanding of the External Manufacturing supply market dynamics in LATAM for Consumer Goods and OTC/Self Care Products. Knowledge of External Manufacturing Development experience is desirable

• Manufacturing background with process improvement initiatives, as waste and HC optimization and line efficiency projects.

• Experience in lead E2E projects across areas as Deliver, Planning, TAX, Strategic Source, QA and MSM.

• Minimum of 5 years experience on leadership positions

• Strong leadership presence, influencing, collaboration, communication information-sharing and organizational skills.

• Ability to collaborate with internal business partners and external vendors is required.

• Good organization, planning, and time management skills are required.

• Demonstrated ability to handle complexity and handle/prioritize multiple tasks is required.

• Process orientation skills are required.

• Excellent written and verbal skills in Portuguese, Spanish and English are required.

• 10 years broader industry experience preferred.
