MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Internship opportunity in the Facilities and Building area, primarily focused on building maintenance, operations, and infrastructure control. The intern will work alongside other departments, providing continuous integration and visibility of their actions across various areas of the company. Activities include support for processes related to the functioning and maintenance of the company’s facilities. Knowledge of the Windows Office Suite and Google Suite is essential for daily use. Periodic participation in internal meetings and with suppliers is required. Willingness to learn new processes is very important for the candidate applying for the position.

MAIN FUNCTION OF THE JOB:

  • Maintenance and Operation of Facilities:

Support for preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure systems (plumbing, HVAC, etc.).

Update the Building Maintenance Plan.

  • Contract and Outsourced Service Management:

Maintain and support the management of third-party activities.

Monitor and supervise services provided by suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines.

  • Equipment and Materials Management:

Assist in stock control and distribution of materials and supplies for the maintenance team.

Support inventory management of equipment and request replenishment when necessary.

  • Document Control and Update:

Maintain records and maintenance reports.

Monthly consolidation of maintenance KPIs.

  • Budget Management Support:

Weekly monitoring of fixed and variable costs and expense analysis.

Request purchases and payments through the eBuy (SAP) and Ariba systems.

  • Participation and Support in Programs and Audits:

Assist in internal and external audits by organizing documents and presentations.

Support and take responsibility for some actions of the Colgate Always Alert program.

  • Administrative Support:

Assist in organizing and maintaining records of maintenance and services performed.

Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports on the condition of facilities and the work carried out.
