Hyatt Director of Events Sales 会议宴会销售总监 - Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay ( Local Only ) in SANYA, China
Description:
1.To assist in the implementation of the hotel’s Events Strategy (goals, tactics and actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and Beverage, and all other revenue departments;
2.To ensures that the Events activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate;
3.To ensure that the room and banquet space inventories are reviewed weekly and that strategies are formulated to fill low occupancy periods;
4.To make sure that other Sales associates work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”;
5.To work closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
Qualifications:
1.At least 10 years work experience
2.At least 1year same position work experience
3.Strong Event and wedding sales skill and resource relationships
4.Fluent spoken English
- Hainan province work experience is perferred
