CHANGE THE WORLD OF TOMORROW WITH US

The S&OP Process Manager is responsible for managing the sales and operation process within the product group and ensures a high-performance S&P planning and S&OP execution.

Your tasks are:

  • You will be responsible for executing the S&OP process within the product group, including ensuring process compliance.

  • You ensure alignment with S&OP processes and work together with different departments or organizational units.

  • You will ensure effective and efficient execution of the five-step S&OP process. This includes:

  • Portfolio Planning Review (Gap): Derive actions from the 3-24 month innovation and adoption plans to accommodate changes in the portfolio that align with the goals and business strategy of the business.

  • Demand (Gap) Review: Review the forecast of demand for 3-12-18 months, outline demand scenarios, e.g. to close the gap to the plan, as well as detail the demand forecast

  • Supply (Gap) Review: Develop and Support the evaluation the operational feasibility of the demand scenarios and the associated financial implications. Develop and Coordinate feasibility options to meet the requirements, with the involvement of the factory network.

  • Load Balancing Review: Derive and finalize optimal scenarios (what-ifs) for sales and operations, aligned with financial results. Creating a feasible consensus plan.

  • Decision-Meeting: Finalize the consensus plan and support for bring about a decision by the Sales & Operation Leadership Team.

YOUR PROFILE FOR "MAKING THE FUTURE POSSIBLE"

  • You have successfully completed your master's degree, preferably in engineering or industrial engineering.

  • You have many several years of relevant professional experience in corporate planning (sales planning, factory planning); preferably in "Sales & Operation Planning". Knowledge of the switchgear industry is an advantage.

  • You preferably have a broad understanding of E2E supply chain processes, including the global sales activities of a group with several globally distributed plants across different stages of the value chain. Thinking in terms of scenarios and recognizing their effects on those involved in the process is a matter of course for you.

  • You are characterized by your strong project management skills.

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships and have a proven ability to work effectively with senior management.

  • You have strong problem-solving, communication and influencing skills.

  • You embody the elements of a high-performing culture: focused, disciplined, responsible, opportunistic and committed.

  • You have experience working with complex (technical) issues, detailed information and data.

  • You have leadership skills to enforce process discipline along the S&OP process; as well as strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

  • You are fluent in both Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
