Universal Robots is leading the collaborative robot (“cobot”) space. We’re not like the traditional robot companies, which is a good thing. We think differently, work differently, and grow differently. We are looking for talent to fill the position of Service Hub Intern at our facilities in Querétaro. In addition to seeking the candidate's development, we aim for continuous improvement and propose areas for enhancing our processes and methods. It's important to mention that the Intern will undergo a mentoring process to develop and acquire the skills required for the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation of reports based on visits to our clients.

  • Development of solutions and proposals for events and demos.

  • Verification of the correct functioning of robotic equipment.

  • Inventory control.

  • Diagnosis of robotic equipment and, if necessary, repair of robotic equipment.

  • Implementation of quality standards.

  • Implementation of 5S during activities and processes.

  • Collaboration in product demonstrations, tests, analysis, and technical support.

  • It is essential to demonstrate technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Contact clients to offer our services and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Active student in fields such as Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Robotics, or similar.

  • 6 months of experience in:

    • Advanced English proficiency.
  • read electrical diagrams.

  • Desing Tool like SolidWorks, Inventor, Catia, or similar.

  • Programming languages such as C, C++, Python.

  • Candidates must graduate no earlier than May 2024.

    Preferred Requirements

  • Portuguese proficiency.

  • Knowledge of PLC programming.

  • Optional insurance.

  • Java.
