What will you do?

  • At P&G, our professionals are leaders whose talents and skills have importance in influencing our retailer’s decisions and growing the turnover of our brands by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. For retailers, this involves developing and recommending assortment, shelving, pricing, and visibility strategies, based on consumer research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchasing behavior.

  • In this role you will work with a multifunctional team, from the management of the commercial relationship with clients, the commercial strategy and co-leadership of the channel strategy in the short, medium and long term.

  • You have a strategic vision beyond the operation of the role, with good negotiation skills and communication because you will not only work the business relationship with the client, but influence the entire sales team.

  • You'll also be accountable for delivering superior sales fundamentals and for PEA for our promotions and activities online to achieve targets and account learning in the future.

  • Analyzing the business and issuing recommendations on strengthening our business or closing critical gaps.

Qualifications

What would make you a phenomenal fit?

  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or higher from an accredited university.

  • You have no more than 0-3 years of experience

  • Demonstrably strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

  • Previous experience positively collaborating with & influencing external parties.

  • Intermediate in English fluently.

  • You possess natural leadership and business skills, proven in academic and/or extracurricular activities.

  • You have tenacity and an entrepreneurial spirit, and are passionate about seeking out solutions to win.

  • You have strong communication skills that will enable you to thrive in a challenging and exciting work environment.

  • You enjoy analyzing data and thinking critically to uncover insights that will help influence business decisions.
