Amazon Senior Strategic Supply Chain Manager, Amazon Vendor Services, Home & Lifestyle in Santa Monica, California
Description
As an AVS Supply Chain Consultants (SCC) you will provide hands-on support and expertise to help Amazon Selling Partners operate more efficiently at scale. This position will work to directly with Selling Partners to deep dive their supply chain processes and optimize operational efficiency through mutual supply chain collaboration and education.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
5+ years of supply chain experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Travel up to 30% of the time
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable supply chain strategies. Microsoft Excel and SQL preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
7+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
