Job Title: Accounts Payable SpecialistJob Description
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will handle daily invoice processing, including printing, stamping, and routing for approval via iVerify. You will be responsible for posting approved invoices with correct GL coding, following up on invoice status, and performing month-end duties. Your role also includes addressing vendor and employee inquiries, processing fixed assets as per policy, and tackling problems/issues twice a week. Additionally, you will undertake projects assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager.

This is a contract position with a duration of 2 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Santa Monica, California and some days remote.
Work Environment
Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days work-from-home). Initial training schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM in-office. Post-training, flexible hours between 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM are available. You will report to the Accounts Payable Manager.
