Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently seeking a talented professional for the following opportunity in the Los Angeles area:
Residential Energy Outreach/Assessor
Full-time, non-exempt
Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. delivers a broad portfolio of design and management of energy efficiency programs. The Energy Assessor will play a crucial role in evaluating and assessing residential properties for energy efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the improvement of residential buildings and help homeowners optimize their energy usage. The position entails the execution of program outreach, marketing, and installation of measures in order to reach revenue goals while providing excellent customer service. The position will also include conducting energy and water assessments (in both residential and commercial buildings). This position is hybrid with at least 1 day in our Santa Fe Springs office.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Two years of experience in residential home energy retrofits and/or working in energy efficiency programs preferred
Experience with multi-family residential, non-residential and/or commercial energy audits preferred
Experience with outside sales or canvasing preferred
California Drivers License in good standing with minimum level of insurance
Target Pay Rate: $22 - $26 per hour
