Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for carrying out all Accounting and Human Resource related functions affiliated with the company, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger through the use of Global Shop, Excel, and other software packages. Work with management to provide new and efficient ways of gathering and understanding data.

JOB DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, and AUTHORITIES

  1. Responsible for performing all accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll.

  2. Reconciliation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements.

  3. Management of the company’s cash flow by focusing on collections and payables.

  4. Implementing a departmentalized accounting system for analyzing and identifying expenses.

  5. Providing financial analysis data to management to assist in business decision-making processes.

  6. Oversee Human Resources.

  7. Follow instructions related to QMS procedures and Work Instructions.

  8. Execute authorities as described in related QMS documentation or as directed by a supervisor/manager.

Office setting with interaction with management and various departments. Utilizes multiple software packages for accounting and data analysis.
