Job Description
We are seeking a T-SQL Developer who will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures, as well as managing EDI processing using Edifecs software in compliance with HIPAA SNIP guidelines. This position is full-time, remote, and a 1-year contract.
Due to our end client and project work, candidates must be eligible to work in the US without a need for sponsorship now or in the future for this position.
What You’ll Do
Develop, maintain, and optimize complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures
Utilize Edifecs software to manage EDI processing in compliance with HIPAA SNIP guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EDI transactions and T-SQL queries
Ensure data integrity and security in accordance with healthcare regulations
Document processes and create reports as needed to support business operations
What You'll Need
Required
6 years of experience with T-SQL and ability to write complex queries and stored procedures
Hands-on experience with Edifecs software
In-depth knowledge of HIPAA SNIP layers and EDI processing guidelines
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Documentation or validation of expertise in T-SQL, Edifecs software, and EDI processing
Experience working in the healthcare industry
Familiarity with other healthcare-related software and systems
Strong communication and documentation skills
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
