Job Description

The Senior Director, Supply Chain Enablement is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to Prime’s Network Management business solutions and capabilities teams. This position is responsible for the development and execution for business solutions including a strategic roadmap. This position leads a team of skilled product owners and product analysts that development and manage tools, data files, data extracts, data management, databases, and applications supporting Network Management, Network Economics, regulatory reporting, providers, and clients. This position is responsible for creating and managing relationships with internal and external key stakeholders and product teams to optimize the product development lifecycle by improving automation, identifying common solutions, and providing resources create and maintain process and tools. This position will be accountable for the analysis of workflow accuracy, system setup optimization validation, and consultative business services across Network Management and other enterprise teams while driving aggressive change programs and effective partnerships across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Set and execute Network Management enablement direction in alignment with organizational goals, stakeholder community and IT partners; delivers project/program value within set parameters and timelines

  • Provide leadership to experienced industry professionals and product teams ensuring the prioritization and execution of strategic and department level initiatives by defining performance goals and targets, meeting end state goals and objectives and developing talent

  • Formulate and execute process and organizational improvement, direction, and programs to enhance overall effectiveness; proactively seek ways to improve technology delivery and other management processes; understand business process, issues/problems, and define Supply Chain enablement solutions to improve delivery

  • Create and provide comprehensive and relevant program level analysis and reporting including cost/benefit model, ROI analysis, product benchmarks, and key financial reports and models to support the business, while offering critical evaluation on both strategic and financial impacts to Prime

  • • Lead the training, coaching, consulting, and educational events to onboard and accelerate solution product teams’ ability to utilize tools and services that fosters a continuous learning and customer-centric culture

  • • Create and execute resource sourcing strategies and serve as a senior leader for solution product delivery to balance and support Prime’s need for speed to market, quality, and cost management

  • Drive transformation and process standardization, execution, and improvement for all analytic work products

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience

  • 10 years of combined work experience within project management, quality improvement, business analysis, managed care or the pharmacy benefit management, and IT with at least 4 years of experience in application development & delivery supporting major line of business and/or horizontal technology services using modern software engineering technologies and tool sets.

  • 7 years of leadership/people management experience

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively select, develop, engage, coach, retain, leverage and mobilize top talent

  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and anticipate the broad impact of decisions

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including team leadership, conflict resolution, listening’ and ability to establish rapport and build relationships at all levels within an organization

  • In depth knowledge network management and claim system operations

  • Ability to identify and implement consultative services opportunities

  • Ability to manage multiple, complex project simultaneously without compromising quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Math or related field

  • 5 years’ experience with working in an agile environment, User Experience (UX) Design, writing Product Discovery/Definitions for software, minimum viable product, Scrum, and/or Lean startup; SAFe or Scrum Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) Certification

  • Experience in software product management such as SaaS or PaaS engagement model

  • Experience in Pragmatic Marketing Framework

  • Experience using multiple commercially available analytic tools and technologies

  • Experience with the design and development of new products (full lifecycle experience from concept ideation to deployment)

  • Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management / health care industry

  • 3 years of experience leading platform or product service teams in one or more of the following areas - DevOps, Quality Engineering, Test Automation frameworks, Performance Engineering, Test Data and Environment automation, Deployment Automation, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Service Virtualization, and End-To-End delivery chain automation

Potential pay for this position ranges from $143,000.00 - $243,000.00 based on experience and skills.
