Job Description
To provide exceptional customer service in all interactions via phone or in person based on current business needs. This person will also be a backup to the CSR's.
Job Requirements
Ability to understand and operate a Zoom phone system.
Ability to multi-task effectively.
Technical knowledge to assist with data entry.
Ability to build relationships with customers, vendors and co-workers.
Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to changes in systems or co-workers' responsibilities.
Provide exceptional customer service in the areas of answering the phone; fax and email communication; mail receipt, delivery & postage; and walk-in customer service.
Bilingual.
Salary (Hourly position)
$35,360 - $41,600
