Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, dependability, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Programmer

Location: Valencia, CA

Pay Range: $40 per hour

What's the Job?

• Program CNC machining centers using MasterCam software to develop multi-axis CNC code for complex components.

• Create tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing processes to manufacture components with close tolerance machining.

• Generate technical and summary reports, and interpret inspection reports effectively.

• Interface with multiple departments to ensure project alignment and success.

• Evaluate and implement continuous improvement efforts using lean manufacturing tools.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience with CAD-CAM programming of CNC machining centers.

• Proficient in programming using MasterCam for 3+2 axis and 3, 4, and 5 axis machining methods.

• Strong understanding of machine setup procedures and GD&T interpretation.

• Ability to use precision measuring tools and create CAD models for fixtures and tools.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
