About the Role
The Director, Engineering & Product Operations will lead enhancement request (ER) processes, new product introductions (NPI), and cross-functional communication efforts to drive product success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Enhancement Request (ER) Management
Own end-to-end ER process from sales through post-implementation feedback
Partner with Solution Consulting to identify and document product gaps in Vivun
Collaborate with Community team to integrate product ideas into roadmap
Define and manage ER approval workflows for efficient prioritization
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Drive product launch planning, including timelines and cross-functional dependencies
Coordinate go-to-market execution across sales, marketing, and customer success
Implement feedback systems to capture user insights for product improvements
Cross-Functional Leadership
Bridge communication between Customer Operations, Sales, and Engineering
Ensure accurate representation of customer needs in product roadmap
Provide clear updates on priorities and timelines to stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
10+ years in technical program management, product operations, engineering operations, or related areas
5+ years of leadership experience
Proven success managing complex product initiatives in SaaS environment
Experience with ER processes and feedback management systems
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
Proficiency with product management tools (Vivun, Jira)
Expert knowledge of go-to-market strategies
Outstanding project management capabilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Superior written and verbal communication abilities
Demonstrated experience leading program management teams
Track record of cross-functional leadership without direct authority
Strong executive stakeholder management
History of implementing scalable processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum, ITIL)
International program management experience
Change management expertise
Technical documentation proficiency

Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for bonuses and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zone is determined by location.
Zone A: SF Bay Area, CA: $190,000 to $250,000
