*Internship Program Overview *

At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their careers, all while making a giant impact. We offer  12-week summer internship opportunities * * across various business functions.    

Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team-building activities. Additionally, interns will have access to online learnings and a dedicated summer coach to further grow their careers with us.

Team Overview

ServiceNow’s Strategic Operations Group is focused on high-impact strategies that support growth and our rapidly increasing scale. We work cross-functionally with senior leaders across the business on projects that impact the business, including top-line growth, internal operational initiatives, and other strategic initiatives.

We are looking for MBA Interns to join us in summer 2025. You will work closely with other team members and stakeholders to accelerate our impact and directly contribute to our overall business strategy. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to get a taste of strategy, planning, and operations at a high-growth enterprise software company.

You will work in one or more of the following areas:

  • Strategic initiatives (scoping, framing, executing)

  • Business planning and operations

  • Budgeting and long-term financial planning/forecasting

  • Design and drive strategic programs

  • Customer and partner engagements

Role Responsibilities May Include:

  • Help develop strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments, identifies volume and strategic customers and develop partnerships

  • Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses and suggest recommendations through a data-driven process

  • Collect and analyze large datasets and summarize insights

  • Develop compelling recommendations, communicated in high-quality output

  • Support teams to identify opportunities, unlock productivity and accelerate execution

  • Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market data, and creates compelling market analysis presentations

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student pursuing a MBA degree , returning for a final term, or year, following the summer internship.

  • Degree focus in Business, Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Finance, or related field

  • *Graduating December 2025, or later *

  • Able to commit to a 12-week internship in summer 2025 (May-August, or June-September).  

  • Years of experience: 3-6 years - not to exceed 6 years of relevant work experience

  • Prior work experience within Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, Business Development / M&A and Finance, is a must

  • High level skills with Excel (modeling, analysis, etc.) and PowerPoint presentation, is a must

  • Expertise and/or strong interest in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry is a plus.  

  • Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities.   

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills and a proven process of data-validated, hypothesis-driven, experiment-tested decisions   

  • Experience driving (and solving) complex high-profile programs.

  • Experience presenting complex information to a variety of audiences.

  • Experience with business operations.

  • Top-notch written and oral communication skills.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $51.44/hr - $65.93/hr, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
