Description
AWS GenAI Innovation Center is (GenAIIC) is on the forefront of GenAI innovation with a mission to accelerate production adoption of Generative AI across global customers. The organization is staffed with specialized strategists and ML scientists to solve the most complex problems. In this role you will be an innovative strategist who thinks big to help grow the partner strategy team. You will mentor other team members and contribute to the critical partner and business growth strategy and operational mechanisms.
We are looking for an innovative and inspirational leader to lead a hyper performing team. Partners of all types across System Integrator (SI), Independent Software Vendor (ISV), model providers are critical to our ability to achieve scale and to drive customer success. As a senior leader, you will own GenAI partner strategy, build out cohesive plans and develop new mechanisms as needed for all partners. You will coach and mentor members on the team to collaborate with partners and internal cross-functional organizations to deliver on the business goals. You will proactively identify and evaluate new partners to bring to GenAIIC to achieve scale and speed internally and accelerate production adoption for customers.
Key job responsibilities
Execute and expand partner network
• Accelerate partner delivery to scale engagements and ARR for GenAIIC to deliver on business goals
• Define and refine path to production with Partners
• Define and execute strategies for ISV partners and 3P model providers
• Iterate on existing programs and mechanisms and invent new as required
• Proactively drive GTM solutions with partners (SI, ISV) to accelerate GenAI delivery internally and for customers
• Internally, you will continue building and growing the partner team
• Hire and develop the best talent, optimize team structure as we grow
• Collaborate with strategists and scientists delivery teams to drive partner engagement mechanism to continue to improve on engagement velocity and production adoption across all categories of partners
• Collaborate with delivery teams and bring partners to them to build growing partner awareness and closer relationships
• Drive the end-2-end process from POC to production for Partners with ProServe in mind
• Externally, you will help to iterate and the grow partner network
• Lead business review cadence with partners and track joint business outcome
• Maintain executive relationship with partner organizations

Basic Qualifications
• 10+ years of technical implementation and leadership experience
• 10+ years experience with SIs and/or large enterprise organizations
• 7+ years experience leading projects and initiatives
• Experience developing complex solutions with C-suite customers and internal stakeholders
• 7+ years of people leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI/ML in an industry or technology domain
• Experience building business cases for multi-million dollar investments at the CEO level
• Familiarity with managing large partner programs
• Familiarity in negotiation across varying cultural normal in a truly global business
• Understanding of digital transformation drivers and the technology ecosystem that supports them
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Masters’ Degree in technical or relevant business field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $180,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $312,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
