Head of Security (HOS) of Enterprise Cloud is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring that the cybersecurity strategy aligns with the business objectives. The HOS serves as the primary partner between the business areas and the cybersecurity organization, facilitating communication, risk management, and the integration of security into product and services. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, business insight, and strong interpersonal skills.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and implement a multidisciplinary security strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer commitments for enterprise cloud products.

  • Customer engagements and interface on security matters

  • Contribute to ongoing cyber security initiatives and improvements in alignment with policies, standards, frameworks, and security services.

  • Lead consistent security risk decisioning aligned with company risk management and compliance programs.

  • Collaborate across organizations on complex/technical security decisions, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant security laws and regulations.

  • Engage and obtain internal customer experience feedback for ongoing security process improvement.

What we need to see:

  • Experience as a CSO, CPSO or CISO over a business area or mid sized company.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Cyber Security, Security Management, Information Security, or Technical field.

  • Advanced degrees or certifications in security-related fields are highly desirable.

  • Minimum 15 overall years of experience in security management or a related field preferably in high-tech or similar industry.

  • 7+ years of leadership experience.

  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or Physical Security Professional (PSP) are preferred.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address sophisticated security challenges.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and can work well under pressure.

The base salary range is 360,000 USD - 546,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
