ManpowerGroup Field Quality Engineer in Santa Clara, California

Our client in the technology industry is seeking a Field Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Field Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality team supporting the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and experience in a customer-facing role.

Job Title: Field Quality Engineer

Location: Santa Clara - Hybrid

What's the Job?

  • Handle and manage RMA requests from customers.

  • Work with internal departments and third-party suppliers to ensure RMA procedures are completed on time.

  • Support and improve our existing RMA processes to make them more efficient and reduce processing time.

  • Prepare reports and analyze data to track the effectiveness of the RMA process.

  • Ensure that all corporate and regulatory requirements are met within the RMA process.

What's Needed?

  • 5 years experience in a customer-facing role of any kind.

  • Basic understanding of RMA processes and product return principles is a must.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment, across multiple groups.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of data.

  • Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, and web portals (e.g., Salesforce, Jira). Experience with Python is a plus.
