Nvidia Director, Strategic Sourcing – Professional Services in Santa Clara, California

We are looking for a Director, Strategic Sourcing – Professional Services to join our Indirect Procurement organization.
As a Professional Services Strategic Sourcing leader, you will be the go-to person for implementing standard processes towards engaging supplier partners in the professional services space. NVIDIA has a mix of managed services, staff augmentation & hybrid engagement models and this role will drive the category sourcing strategy. You'll be responsible to cultivate strong partnerships across the organization and advise business partners and executive leaders accordingly.
What you’ll be doing:
Source Engineering Services, Operations Testing Services, Implementation Services, Consulting and other on-demand services.
Apply knowledge of Professional Service models including staff augmentation, managed services, and project-based solutions.
Delivering hands-on sourcing services to the business including RFx execution, negotiations, contracting reviews and other sourcing-related activities.
Global sourcing responsibilities with a large non-US footprint.
Defining best contract structures for MSAs and SOW terms.
Being a trusted partner to our business partners in HR, Engineering, IT, Finance, Legal and Operations.
What we need to see:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or other quantitative fields (or equivalent experience).
15+ overall years of professional business experience.
4+ years of leadership experience.
Experience sourcing VMS and related managed service partners.
Hands-on sourcing experience and part of a small team and strong negotiating skills.
Leader with vision and experience working at a global scale.
Deep category experience and a record of execution excellence.
Demonstrate comfort with frequently changing business needs.
Ability to consistently collaborate across organizational boundaries.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Implementation experience of a major VMS solution.
Experience working in high tech sector.
Experience sourcing HR benefits and insurance services.
Presentation skills both oral and written.
MBA or equivalent experience.

The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
