We are in search of an experienced Director-level HR Partner (HRP) who will serve as a talent strategist, advisor, and coach to senior business leaders in our Semiconductor Products Group (SPG) Organization. SPG is the world leader in the design and engineering of semiconductor equipment and related products. In this role, the HRP will provide direct and matrix leadership to a team of HR Partners collaborating with General Managers and Senior Leaders across several product groups.

Position Overview:

  • This role is a strategic partner to the senior leadership of the Semiconductor Products Group (SPG) which is comprised of engineering and technology talent, focused on product development, product management and product support.

  • Must build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with leaders. Enable business results by helping build strong teams and talent mindset in the organization. This including assessing, developing, coaching, and mentoring key executive talent as part of implementing the company-wide talent management processes.

  • Provide strategic vision, leadership, and operational excellence to help the Semiconductor Products Group (SPG) achieve its organizational strategies, aligned to the needs of the client organization, while simultaneously driving global HR strategies, programs, and priorities.

  • Provide leadership to a team of HRPs to deliver globally aligned talent objectives. Use cross-cultural understanding and experience to communicate and align priorities and drive organizational outcomes across a diverse client group.

  • Utilize specialized skills in talent management, organizational development, and organizational design to increase talent effectiveness in support of business objectives.

  • Proactively partner and collaborate across the global HR Partner organization and HR COE community, share information, and provide thought leadership and a solution-oriented mindset to optimize the business value of the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will proactively shape client talent strategies and priorities to align with organizational and enterprise objectives and HR priorities.

  • Actively partner, coach & develop and influence senior executive leadership.

  • Conduct organizational & talent assessments; develop talent strategy and build workforce capability across existing and emerging key areas.

  • Design and implement change management, communication, and employee engagement strategies within the BU/Function.

  • Serve as a champion of the corporate culture including developing strategies to achieve goals to increase diversity and inclusion.

  • Provides leadership and direction to team of HRPs, responsible for coaching and developing a high performing team.

  • Work within the HR service delivery model, leveraging HR shared services and technology for manager and employee support. Partner with HR service partners to continually improve their support of the organization.

  • Collaborate with HR COEs to execute client strategies and HR annual programs and processes.

  • Lead and participate in cross-functional or cross-geography working teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have diverse and strategic HR experience and can partner effectively across the assigned business organization and the global HR community. They will have a combination of the following experience: Talent management; organization design; organization development; change management; rewards/compensation; employee engagement; and corporate culture. Demonstrated ability to lead in a global complex company, is required.

Additionally, we seek candidates with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field. MBA/MA/MS preferred.

  • 15+ years of HR experience, including significant leadership responsibilities as a strategic HRP in a complex and matrixed enterprise.

  • Significant capacity for complexity, including the ability to conceptualize 3-to-5-year strategies and roadmaps.

  • Experience in organization design and development.

  • Ability to analyze complex data sets using tools and systems to enable data-driven decision making.

  • Prior success leading and developing high performing teams of direct and matrix HR employees, ideally with experience managing experienced HR Partners.

  • Demonstrated experience working dynamically with a strong capability to adapt to changes in the internal or external environment.

U.S. Salary Range:

$184,000.00 - $253,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
