ManpowerGroup Customer Success Engineer - NGFW in Santa Clara, California

Our client in the cybersecurity services industry is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate should have external customer service, Firewalls, and network security experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Success Engineer

Location: Hybrid-Santa Clara, CA

Pay Range: $40-$44/hr W2

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Firewall technologies, providing technical assistance to customers and partners to optimize the utilization of products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to contribute to the development, integration, and implementation of network security and endpoint solutions.

  • Act as a customer advocate, influencing upgrade decisions by suggesting stable code versions and identifying use cases.

  • Support customers in identifying candidate releases to upgrade to and efficiently achieve their security objectives.

  • Work closely with account teams to assist in delivering a high-touch delivery strategy, technical account plan deployments, and product-level success plans.

What’s Needed?

  • STEM graduate with a Computer Science, Engineering, or Networking degree.

  • Basic understanding of network security concepts, with a strong willingness to learn.

  • Familiarity with Enterprise network products and a keen interest in expanding knowledge in network security.

  • Demonstrated good presentation skills, showcasing the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
