About the role
This position supervises entry and intermediate professional level employees or team leaders of support employees in Test and Validation, plans the use of facilities, coordinates activities, and implements projects.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Lab Supervisor for Test & Validation, you’ll be responsible for:
Ensuring the quality system complies with ISO 17025 standards.
Coordinate and follow up on product testing alongside CMX F Operation Teams to support data center customers.
Overseeing the operation, calibration (internal/external), and preventive maintenance of all lab test equipment and stations.
Performing tests or setups in periods of high demand to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
Conducting internal audits for Quality Management System (QMS) assessments.
Promoting continuous improvement practices, such as 5S and Lean methodologies, and effectively manage workload stress, maintain a positive attitude, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ensuring proper handling and management of engineering information related to laboratory testing

As a minimum you must have:
University Degree and a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
Understanding of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
Specialized knowledge in chillers and technical or operational practices
Advanced English (required)
