About the role

Carrier Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join the Design Services team, where they will play a pivotal role in transforming abstract ideas into tangible designs that revolutionize our products and services. As a Design Engineer , your contributions will directly impact the lives of our customers, shaping the future of technology and leaving an indelible mark on the industry

Key Responsibilities

• Support the release of engineering designs to manufacturing plants.

• Produces drawings and BOMs using computer-assisted drafting systems (CAD) and PLM system.

• Follows and adheres to products design Engineering specifications.

• Maintain integrity in all engineer data and keep the engineering bill of materials updated.

• Manage time efficiently to prioritize the right things and keep projects moving on schedule.

Requirements

We are looking for people who has attention to detail and excellent communication skills. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have

• Engineering degree: IME, IMA, IA, IMTC with 2+ years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge in Parametric Computer-aided Design software (Sheet metal, 3D modeling, assemblies, Drawing, Wiring routing, Piping).

• Technical knowledge in design concept.

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English (written and oral)

It would be nice if you have

• Experienced with CREO Parametric

• Experienced with Windchill PLM

• Knowledge of tolerance analysis (GD&T).
