Here's what you'll do:

  • Welcoming Wizard:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with our clients, leaving a lasting impression.

  • Customer Service Champion:

  • Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries about services, eligibility, policies, and more.

  • Proactively solve problems and demonstrate unwavering dedication to client satisfaction.

  • Tech-Savvy Assistant:

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) to organize files and maintain detailed records.

  • Multitasking Maestro:

  • Manage a multi-line phone system, answer calls efficiently, and direct inquiries appropriately.

  • Work effectively in a team environment, multitasking with a positive spirit.

  • Concierge with a Smile:

  • Provide exceptional concierge services as needed, exceeding client expectations.

Bonus points if you're bilingual in Spanish!

To be successful in this role, you'll possess:

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for building relationships.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.

    Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in administrative assistance and organizing files

• Capable of answering a multi-line phone system

• Experience in providing concierge services

• Strong customer service skills

• Proficiency in data entry tasks

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a front desk coordinator role efficiently

• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide high-quality service to clients

• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

• Must possess strong attention to detail

• Capable of working independently and as part of a team

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Bilingual in Spanish
