Job Title: Renovation Technician - Santa Ana

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Renovation Technicians to join our team in Santa Ana. In this role, you will work in teams of two to renovate vacant apartments, performing a variety of tasks including basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and drywall repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic plumbing tasks such as changing facets and shower heads.

• Carry out basic electrical work including installing ceiling fans.

• Conduct basic carpentry tasks such as installing baseboards and door casings.

• Patch holes and replace sections of drywall as needed.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in at least two of the following skills: Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall repair.

• Experience using hand and power tools such as plumb, conduit, sawzall, cordless drill or impact, finish nailgun, and grinder.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.

Work Environment

This is a first shift position, working Monday to Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM. You will work in teams of two to refurbish vacant apartments.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, California.
