Job Title: Ventilation Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ventilation Service Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, clean and adjust systems, and perform warranty services. The role also includes providing technical direction and on-the-job training.

Overnight - anytime from 8pm to 8am

$24 - $32 depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

• Identify electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.

• Clean, adjust, and repair systems, as well as perform warranty services.

• Provide technical direction and on-the-job training.

• Interact with customers and project managers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills

• Experience with installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.

• Knowledge of diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults.

• Ability to clean and adjust HVAC systems.

• Proficiency in providing technical direction and training.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Good customer service attitude.

• Safety awareness.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

• Must have a clean DMV record.

• Self-motivated and a team player.

• Comfortable with heavy travel.

Work Environment

The role involves working in commercial settings such as airports, casinos, restaurants, and distribution centers. Candidates should be comfortable with overnight shifts, working a 4/10 schedule starting on Sunday night, and traveling within the region. You will be using company vehicles for travel. The job includes changing filters, assisting with materials, and learning electrical systems. The dress code is presentable, and candidates should be okay with getting dirty.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
