Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Santa Ana, California

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Santa Ana, California. The selected candidate will be expected to perform a variety of tasks related to customer service and administrative support, with a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with inquiries related to credit applications, accounts, and payments

• Processing customer credit applications in an accurate and efficient manner

• Maintaining and updating customer credit records regularly

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking necessary actions to collect delinquent payments

• Performing complex mechanical alignments and equipment calibration to meet quality standards

• Organizing work to meet demanding production goals

• Maintaining quality assurance and customer satisfaction objectives

• Completing job reports and logs in a timely manner following service calls

• Following up with clients to verify optimal customer satisfaction following support engagement and problem resolution

• Utilizing MS Office to manage and track customer interactions and service records Requirements • Proficiency in MS Office is required.

• Prior experience in a customer service role is desirable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.

• Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.

• Excellent data entry and typing skills.

• Ability to think critically and make decisions.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Willingness to work in different shifts including weekends and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
