Company is looking for a customer service representative ( Claims Assistant) to help handle insurance claims on behalf of several insurance carriers.

Seeking a candidate who will be responsible for entering new claim information into our computer system

setting up the claim for further input by the adjuster

sending emails to obtain copies of policies

preparing and sending correspondence.

Must be able to write well and be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior experience is a plus, but we will provide training for the position. Several claims' assistants have advanced into claims adjusting position.

DIRECT HIRE

$22 -$23 an hour
