Description We are seeking an AP/AR Clerk to join our team in Santa Ana, California. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is integral to maintaining accurate financial records and facilitating smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Issue invoices for lease payments and fees, ensuring all billing functions are performed accurately and on time.

• Monitor accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collection of payments.

• Communicate effectively with tenants to address billing inquiries and disputes.

• Maintain and update tenant accounts in the property management system diligently.

• Prepare and present reports on accounts receivable status and collections.

• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP solutions to streamline accounting functions.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in all financial records.

• Use ADP - Financial Services and Concur for managing and reconciling accounts.

• Leverage your skills in account coding to ensure accurate allocation of expenses.

• Resolve customer inquiries related to their credit applications and accounts. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Demonstrated skills in Account Coding

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Proficiency in using Concur software

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Auditing

• Knowledge of Billing Functions
