He/she will be a member of Global IT Area at the corporate level, located in BIESA. This position will belong to IT GAE Insights & compliance, functionally working for Enterprise Service Management Platform Operations with main focus on the strategic platform MyServices(ServiceNow) within Boehringer.

Responsabilities

• Validation support of global enterprise applications in this case focused into ServiceNow which is a GxP and Gamp5 environment extensively used by IT and Business on many different processes/capabilities offered which for sure follow the risk base approach in other to classify the criticity of them and the validation requirements behind.

• Support and guide day to day validation operations on the different MyServices processes like within release management.

• Demand and project validation and compliance alignment, planning and release to production.

• Support and handling deviation management.

• Support, centralize and ensure Audits readiness and execution.

• Support the improvement and optimization of the global template solutions

• Participation in deployment projects of the template solutions from a validation perspective.

Resquirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or comparable professional experience.

• Professional experience in IT optional with focus on validation in a GxP environment, understanding of GAMP5 V2. This knowledge is crucial for ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing the quality of our IT systems.

• Quick learner in order to support LeVA system Life cycle documentations (e.g. VP, URS, FS, RA, Testing Reports, AAP, ...) and challenge the validation status quo at Boehringer.

• Experience in developing and training the applicable Standard Operating Procedures as defined in Validation Plans

• Experience and backgroud ITIL V4. This expertise is essential for managing IT services and aligning them with our business needs.

• Pharma industry knowledge is a plus.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Experience working in a virtual, international and multicultural environment.

• Excellent organizational and analytical, results oriented, good communication, teamwork and collaboration skills.
