Adecco Staffing is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Technician in a new food production warehouse in Sanger, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and AAFCO (Association of American Feed Control Officials) guidelines. This temp-to-hire position is for a 1st shift (5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.) with a starting pay of $19-22 hourly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections and audits of the food production process, raw materials, and finished products

• Ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met

• Conducts laboratory tests, including, chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting for quality control activities, test results, and other findings

• Assist in the development of SOPs and quality manuals

• Assist in product development projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, or a related field

• Knowledge of FDA and AAFCO guidelines

• Experience in quality assurance within the food industry

• Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures and equipment

• Strong Attention to detail and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
