Job Title: Process Technician I

Job Description

We are seeking a Level One Process Technician responsible for ensuring that presses are set up according to standard process sheets and that mold changes are performed efficiently and safely. The role requires effective communication with previous and incoming shifts regarding any issues and actions taken. Additionally, you will be responsible for notifying the appropriate personnel when maintenance work orders are needed and ensuring proper storage of all molds, hand-loads, fixtures, and secondary equipment. Documentation of improvements and problems is also a key part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Set up presses according to standard process sheets.

• Perform mold changes following defined procedures and standards.

• Execute mold changes in a timely and safe manner.

• Communicate effectively with previous and incoming shifts about problems and actions taken.

• Notify the appropriate personnel that maintenance work orders are needed, as assigned by shift leadership.

• Ensure all molds, hand-loads, fixtures, and secondary equipment are stored in their proper locations.

• Document improvements and issues related to molds, presses, and secondary equipment.
