Job Description:

Our client is looking for someone who wants to break into the tech world with a focus on Customer Service; Positive attitude; Business Acumen and good communication.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for provisioning activities and executing day-to-day tasks to include:

• Creating, deleting, disabling, enabling, unlocking, and modifying user accounts
• Responsible for ensuring that provisioning actions are compliant and performed in accordance with provisioning policies
• Responsible for service delivery levels for provisioning requests and actions
• Interacts with customers to understand their requirements
• Ensures that the provisioning operations are operating in an efficient manner
• Makes recommendations for areas of improvement to team manager, Governance analysts, or IAM engineers
• Other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Managing access from a ticket queue and providing updates via system
• Basic Computer Skill (Experience with MS 365) is required
• 1-3 years of experience in AD (Active Directory) or Aviva for Desktops is a plus
