Duties and Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities are to assist in directing the sales effort of the hardware department, supervise the team members to ensure extraordinary guest service is provided and comply with all company directed policies and procedures as related to store operations in the absence of the hardware department manager or hardware department assistant manager.

- Ability to multi-task
Home improvement and hardware knowledge desired
