Job Title: Client Services Manager, Financial Analyst Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager, Financial Analyst with a robust background in complex client services and financial services to oversee and optimize the billing and invoicing process for a national client. requires an individual with strong financial acumen, capable of balancing books, conducting detailed financial and wage analysis, and restructuring processes across 120+ sites . The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing, managing client relationships, and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to audit and resolve any discrepancies in financial data.

This position is fully remote , with up to 20% travel to meet with clients and internal teams as needed. The role demands someone who is highly organized, resilient, and capable of managing complex client relationships, particularly with demanding clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing & Invoicing Cleanup : Oversee the cleanup, automation, and restructuring of the Client's billing and invoicing system, ensuring monthly billing is accurate for over 120 sites.

  • Financial & Wage Analysis : Conduct comprehensive financial and wage analysis across multiple sites to ensure accuracy and efficiency in billing processes.

  • Account Reconciliation : Take charge of balancing books, digging into financial records, and ensuring all discrepancies are identified and addressed.

  • Process Improvement : Redesign and reset the billing structure to optimize accuracy, reduce errors, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Client Relationship Management : Work directly with the client, managing expectations, deliver results, and ensure strong client satisfaction throughout the project.

  • Audit Process Leadership : Collaborate with internal teams, to initiate and lead the audit process, identifying areas for improvement and driving necessary changes.

  • Stakeholder Communication : Regularly communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure the project is progressing according to plan and address any challenges promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Financial Services Expertise : Significant experience in financial services, with a strong foundation in financial analysis, account reconciliation, and budgeting.

  • Complex Client Services Experience : Proven ability to manage and navigate complex client relationships, particularly with clients who have multiple sites or high demands.

  • Project Management Skills : Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects, ensuring the delivery of results within defined timelines and budgets.

  • Attention to Detail & Analytical Thinking : Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail in identifying and resolving billing and financial discrepancies.

  • Resilience & Professionalism : Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and address challenging client situations while maintaining professionalism and composure.

  • Experience with Billing Systems : Familiarity with billing systems, invoicing automation, or financial reconciliation tools, ideally within the telecommunications or similar industries.

  • Multisite Management Experience : Proven experience managing financial operations across multiple locations or sites, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience with billing systems or similar telecommunications billing platforms.

  • Proficiency in financial software tools for analysis, reporting, and process automation.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
