Description We are in search of a Controller to join our team in Sandy Springs, Georgia. The individual will be responsible for various accounting functions including account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, financial statement preparation, general ledger maintenance, month-end close, and using Sage Intacct and Microsoft Excel. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare and present financial statements for internal use.

• Manage the account reconciliation process to verify that all transactions are accounted for and correctly posted.

• Ensure the general ledger is accurate and updated.

• Utilize Sage Intacct for various accounting tasks and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data has been recorded and reconciled.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Resolve any customer inquiries related to their accounts. Requirements • Proven experience in Account Reconciliation

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Demonstrated ability in Financial Statement Preparation

• Familiarity with General Ledger management

• Experience in executing Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in using Sage Intacct software

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
