We are now seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Purchaser to join our facility at Skui, Norway ,

Job Responsibilities

As our new Purchaser, you will:

• Proactively understand and address our need for goods, update data in our ERP system and find solutions for various tasks and questions related to this.

• You will act as the primary point of contact for all our factories and external suppliers.

• You will prepare and follow up purchases, assist in maintaining material data and prices for available products and material numbers.

• Your role involves timely communication with our factories about order status and having extensive knowledge of our business processes and ERP system. You will adhere to purchasing plans, follow established business rules, and validate and follow up on the purchase and maintenance of ERP data in the system on a daily basis.

Background & Skills

To thrive in this role, we would expect you to demonstrate:

• Demonstrable experience in either order processing, purchasing and/or experience with material data maintenance in SAP or another equivalent ERP system.

• Capable of working in a structured and accurate way in a global environment with a high focus on quality at all levels.

• Strong English language skills are essential

• Good collaboration skills, be solution-oriented and work independently towards common goals.
