What You Will Do:
Provides care for patients.
Utilizes the nursing process.
Incorporates evidence-based practice into daily patient care.
Collects data to assist in the assessment of the patient.
Assists in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
Documents patient care.
Assists in instructing patient/family.
Assists with discharge planning.
Communicates with peers, other health team members, patients, and visitors.
Utilizes guest relations.
Maintains adaptability.
Supports unit team.
Reports problems and assists in resolving them.
What You Will Need:
Must possess a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse from the State of Ohio.
Ohio Board of Nursing Certification in Intravenous Therapy (if LPN).
Must be currently certified in CPR (and recertified bi-annually).
Prefer minimum of one year’s experience in pertinent clinical area. Nurses who do not meet this requirement must obtain experience through competency based orientation (CBO).
