Knowledge of all aspects of the Accrual Accounting for an Architectural firm with rental real estate companies. Responsible for Payables, Receivables, Billing, Job Costing, Payroll & Taxes, General Ledger, Financial Statements. Knowledge of Financial Software, ACH Banking, Spreadsheets, Word Programs, Internet/Email, Office Management., Computers/Networking. Hours - full time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
