Salesforce-
Salesforce --- record maintenance (update client/household info if applicable) - appointment entry
Appointment Reminder calls/e-mails/post cards
Request documents needed from clients (if applicable)
Redemption/Purchase/Exchange/Funds Transfer Request (Conference client with home office)
Fixed Products - Banking changes (change, re-establish, or stop MCA)
Death Claims --- Reporting, Complete Kit, Prepare Follow-up
Provide investment product related information to clients - Sec. Licensed ONLY
Provide insurance product related information to clients (GPO/FPO, etc.)- Insurance Licensed ONLY
Identify & gather details on all funding sources (marketing co-op, incentives, or programs available to support marketing plan)
Keep track & report results for funding requirements (i.e. Marketing co-op, campaigns, etc.) by required deadlines
Review, update, and report budget as events finalized to ensure accuracy for expense reporting
Submit end of year report to FR/team for future marketing plans (how much $ received vs. spent, ROI, etc.)
Prospecting/Advertising
Research local advertising opportunities: newspapers, magazines, organizations/congregations, sports teams, etc.
Storefront: present ad options or manage custom ad requests for all custom promotional pieces (if applicable)
Media Relations: Send out press releases on a regular basis to local newspapers
Prospecting/Community Outreach: identify opportunities for FR to connect with local community
Mailing Marketing: send brochures or information to Prospects and Members
Digital Marketing: maintain email & social media presence/support (send/post content)
Build relationships with local organizations and churches on behalf of the FR/Team (coordinate with Congregation Liaison to Ensure Consistent, Timely Messaging in Key Congregations)
Manage church contact information for congregations FR/team works with (capture key info --- which do bulletin inserts, hang flyers, coffee hours/workshops & Key contact information)
Identify Key Centers of Influences within local Community and set-up an "Intro" Meeting
Workshop & Client Event Management
Create Marketing Plan (create, research, communicate and budget for various events for FRITeam for year)
Pre-Event/Workshop Logistics--- (Location---venue & meal selection, creating managing invitee list, creating Salesforce campaigns, invitations, advertising, tracking expenses/budget.)
Pre - Event/Workshop - Call to invite attendees, confirm RSVPs (add to Salesforce campaign).
Workshop Preparation (materials -print registration lists, pre-appointment cards; handouts, complete public appearance form, etc.)
Post - Event/Workshop - Follow up call to attendees
