The Pharmacy is a fast-paced, energetic department with a highly experienced team. The staff consists of pharmacists, technicians and a 340B Coordinator. The staff is close-knit and works exceptionally well together.
The certified pharmacy technician performs specific job responsibilities as authorized by the Idaho State Board of Pharmacy, under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist. This position is also open to individuals actively pursuing Pharmacy Technician Certification, offering an opportunity for on-the-job training.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Previous hospital experience preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
Preferred: Idaho Pharmacy Technician license or Current Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Healthcare Association (ExCPT) certification, or a willingness to obtain certification in near future while on the job training.
