There are stipends available for education levels Doctorate Degree and National Board Certification. The full-year contract is for 190 days. This contract will be for the remainder of the school year.New teachers to LPOSD are paired with a Mentor Teacher during your first year of employment, assisting you in establishing yourself in the profession and the District. Instructional Coaches are available to all Teachers for curriculum implementation, and Professional Development is routinely available. Six weeks paid Maternity Leave.
