The guidelines for the bench technician position are at least a 2 year technical degree in electronics, some experience in electronic circuits they need to be able to solder and de-solder both surface mount and thru-hole components they need to be able to troubleshoot to the component level using a schematic, oscilloscope, and multi-meter; experience with PC computers and software; ability to work with others as well as being able to work on their own.
