Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Lead & Project Manager to drive agile processes and project execution for Data Hygiene and Salesforce Service Cloud initiatives. This role is 60% Scrum leadership and 40% Program/Project Management, requiring hands-on experience in leading teams, managing sprints, and ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support one to two scrum teams, each consisting of 4-5 developers, 4-5 QA/QS, and 2 BSAs

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming

• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with quarterly release cycles (two-week sprints)

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, track progress, and mitigate risks

• Utilize Microsoft Project and Excel (data reporting, tracking, and analysis)

• Oversee project execution in Jira, ensuring proper backlog management and sprint execution

• Drive efficiency in a fast-paced agile environment, ensuring teams deliver high-quality work on time

  Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Lead and Project Manager in an agile environment

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel (reporting), and Jira

Experience working in fast-paced, multi-team environments

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive timelines, and coordinate cross-team efforts

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
