Job Summary

As Program Analyst , your specific responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for researching questions, identifying trending/patterns of questions. Is the point of contact for technical questions related to the program (for example: Candidate Intake, WOTC.) Responsible for providing technical support, as needed (includes isolating, diagnosing, resolving, and finding root cause of issues.) Responsible for researching field procedures to understand end-to-end processes for various workflows related to assigned programs. Analyzes various processes to Identify and recommend opportunities to management for process improvements. Creates and updates workflows of processes. Assists with identification and analysis of technical opportunities and appropriate technical solutions to improve platform experience for both candidates and users. Assist with all technical vendor & client relationship interaction related to platforms for applicable programs.

  • Prioritizes tasks and duties to ensure day-to-day functionality of platform/programs. Utilizes tracking method to organize templates and versions for document control. Maintains process for intake and recurring rollouts. Tracks document updates from request to completion. Assists with configuration, testing, and deployment of edocs changes at a technical level. Responsible for ensuring all technical aspects of new requests completed in a timely basis (templating, testing, deployment.) Assists Program Manager by monitoring and reporting any technical issues/risks along with any potential technical solutions. Escalate and report any potential technical and vendor issues related to the platforms used by the programs.

  • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating usage, compliance, completion reports for various programs. Identifies, researches, and communicates discrepancies in data. Responsible to create basic ad-hoc reports or queries in support of system functionality or user requirements. Responsible for creating and maintaining DOMO dashboard platforms to report data for various programs, included but not limited to WOTC/Candidate Intake. Assist with finding and researching new/improved ways to present data (DOMO, PowerBI) to help streamline reporting for Programs. Responsible for reporting for applicable programs.

  • Assists with the identification & development of appropriate technical training and training material to all stakeholders. Assists with technical documentation for wordstreams, initiatives, and ongoing operations. Responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation.

  • Assists with coordinating meetings and communication with various departments for understanding of processes, increasing knowledge, gathering feedback, identifying best method of communication. Collaborate with Program Manager on technical aspects of communication/tools/implementation. Works as a liaison between Operational Administration Department and other departments and the field to implement projects and identify resources and other department’s whose input is needed to complete projects within the department.

Qualifications:

  • AA required; BA/BS preferred

  • 2+ years coordinating, managing, and executing projects/programs small to medium size in scope from inception to completion preferably in a large corporate environment. Strong communication and coordination skills. Previous program or project coordination experience required. Proven communication skills, both written and oral. Analytical experience required. Administration/operational experience required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (word, excel, power point, project); Proficiency in SharePoint preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience working on DocuSign use cases and applications that support cross-functional activities.

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.

$56,000.00 - $82,000.00
