We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a file clerk in San Rafael, California..

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain an organized, efficient filing system

• Retrieve and distribute files as needed by staff

• Operate and maintain office equipment likes scanners and photocopier

• Update and manage digital databases

• Process requests for information and access records

• Prepare records for archiving

• Review files for completeness and accuracy

• Document and correct filing errors

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a file clerk or similar position within an office setting

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

• Familiarity with office equipment and computer systems

• Basic understanding of filing systems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
